产妇为什么要产后修复
产后常见的问题
1） 腹直肌分离-- 因为怀孕期, 肚腹变大了, 腹直肌有点分离,
所以产后需要调整修复, 使身材苗条回来！
妊娠时，尤其是到了妊娠晚期，增大的子宫会使腹壁扩张延伸，再加上孕激素的分泌，肌肉组织变得松驰，两侧的腹直肌会从腹中线---也就是腹白线的位置向两侧分离，腹直肌分离会使躯干和骨盆的稳定性下降，容易腰酸背痛，内脏下垂引发子宫脱垂、尿失禁、肚子囊肿无法使收回等问题。
2）［盆低肌松驰］-- 因为怀孕期, 婴儿慢慢长大, 盆底肌受压迫,
造成子宫下垂, 所以必须提升, 以免漏尿尿急等！
正常子宫的位置 脱垂的子宫
盆低肌犹如一张“吊网”承托着尿道、膀胱、子宫直肠等脏器。不管是顺产还是剖腹产，到了孕中晚期，都会出现盆低肌群无力松驰。
一旦这张“网”弹性变差，就会出现漏尿、产道松驰、子宫脱垂、妇科炎症等反复功能性障碍。
3）产后修复-- 因为产后出现耻骨联合分离, 所以需要进行骨盆调整,使肚腹与臀部不会变大！
耻骨联合上下左右均由韧带连接，随着孕激素的影响，耻骨联合周围韧带松驰，这时就会产生错位分离。加上临产前宝宝入盆，都有可能把骨盆撑大导致耻骨联合分离，除了会出现反复疼痛，还会影响整体体态，让臀部看起来扁平，塌陷，没有线条，容易出现臀凹陷，妈妈臀等......

We also do acupuncture for the acne, eye bag, wrinkles and freckles. Acupuncture helps to reduce dark and flabby eye bags. After several treatments, wrinkles are less and freckles or unevenness of pigmentation on the face are likely to disappear or reduced and also the complexion of the face becomes fairer.

Acupuncture for Rosacea
In addition, we can also treat cases of rosacea (酒渣鼻). Rosacea is a very common red,
acne-like skin condition. The main symptoms of rosacea include red or pink
patches, visible tiny broken blood vessels, small red bumps, redcysts. Many people who have rosacea may just assume they blush or
flush easily or are just very sun sensitive. Here is an interesting case:
One girl, age 21, came to see me, complaining that she had
rosacea for about three years. She observed that her face is always red
as compared to her peers. She said that whenever she is under the sun, her face
became more red than usual. She is a pretty girl but she feels very
uncomfortable when people asked her why her face is so red. She is studying in
the NUS and wanted to cure her rosacea.
I examined and asked her questions. I found out from her that
she also had gastric problems besides rosacea. I treated her with some Chinese
herbal medicine and also asked her to come for ten sessions of acupuncture
treatment for her face. I told her that TCM adopts holistic approach to
all illnesses. The herbal medicine was to reduce heat on the upper body, expel
wind in the stomach, increase digestion and enhance circulation for the
face. After ten sessions of acupuncture treatment, she told me that her
gastric problem is better and she feels that her face is not so red.
We advice people to continue to do the TCM facial treatment once
a month to maintain better and your youthful look.
