Dr. Ong Swee Ling Ph.D of Medicine TCM
Dr. Ong Swee Ling graduated with a
diploma with Singapore Traditional Chinese Medical College in 1999 and obtained
a Master Degree and Doctorate Degree from Nanjing University of Traditional
Chinese Medicine, China in year 2004 and 2007 respectively. Her mentors
were Professor Ding Shu
Hua 丁淑华教授, a renowned TCM ophthalmologist 中医眼科教授, Professor Huang
Yu Liang王育良教授a well known TCM ophthalmologist specialist中医眼科主任兼手术室主任, Professor Gao
Wei Ping高卫平教授 in Nanjing.
Dr. Ong Swee Ling also had worked in Tan Tock
Seng Hospital Rehabilitation Centre (situated at Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital)
as an acupuncturist and subsequently at Tan Tock Seng Hospital @Jalan Tan Tock
Seng in Acupuncture Department also as an acupuncturist from 2002 to 2004.
During her stint in Tan Tock Seng Hospital Rehabilitation Centre, she gained
practical experience in the treatment for spinal cord injury, stroke, brain and
neurological illnesses. She was invited by the Principal of Specialist
Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre to become a TCM resident
ophthalmologist physician 中医眼科医师on a part time basis from 2006 to 2007. She had worked for Lee Kim
Long Acupuncture Clinic李金龙针灸馆 as an acupuncturist in 2000 to 2002. She was a council
member of the Singapore Chinese Physicians’ Association from 2000 to 2002. She
was also appointed as an honorary physician at Chung Hwa Free Clinic from 2000
to 2005. She had tutelage on TCM oncology with Professor Wu Gui Zhu 吴贵珠 of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in
2006 and also Professor Zhao Ying Jie赵英杰博士, who was then the
Principal of Singapore Traditional Chinese Medical College, in Chung Hwa Free
Clinic, Cancer Department (肿瘤组) from 2003 to 2008 where she gained valuable clinical
experience on TCM treatment for various types of cancer. She had tutelage
on TCM treatment for infertility, endometriosis and Polycystic Ovary
syndrome with Professor Zhong Siu Mei (钟秀美教授), a well-known
TCM gynaecologist (中医妇科教授) in Quanzhou, China in 2000. She also had tutelage on skin
disease with Professor Zhang En Hu (张恩虎), a renowned TCM Skin specialist in Nanjing in 2001 to 2004.
She started her own clinic at Telok Blangah in
April 2004. Since young, she had learned from her grandfather who was a
traditional Chinese physician and had observed many clinical cases during her
younger days.
Dr. Ong Swee Ling had more than
18 years of clinical experience. She is also a registered TCM physician
with the Ministry of Health, Singapore.
She is bi-lingual and conversant in English and
many other Chinese dialects. She could speak a bit of Malay. She could speak
Hing Hua dialect as her grandfather was from Fujian, Hing Hua province,
China. She speaks Cantonese as her mother is a Cantonese.

Physician Wu studied Western medicine and graduated from
the Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences (Guangdong, China) in 1988.
She was a medical doctor with the Department of Internal Medicine and
Pediatrics, Guangdong Shunde Leliu Hospital from 1988 to 1992.
In 2015, Physician Wu graduated as the top student from the TCM
Bachelor degree course conducted jointly by the Singapore College of
Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Guangzhou University of Chinese
Medicine. She was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Guangzhou
University of Chinese Medicine for her academic achievement.
After her graduation, Physician Wu went to China for a year to
further her clinical experiences. Her internship was at the TCM Specialist
Clinic, Shunde Hospital which is affiliated with the Guangzhou University of
Chinese Medicine. Under the tutelage of Professor Mai Xiujun, a renowned TCM
doctor, Physician Wu gained experiences in TCM internal medicine and pediatrics
and in TCM rehabilitative medicine, the recovery treatments relating to stroke,
frozen shoulders and degenerative arthritis of the knees. She also had tutelage
on TCM oncology with Professor Lu Jisen, a renowned TCM doctor based in
Guangzhou where she gained practical experience in the treatment for various types
of cancer.
Physician Wu has both Western medicine and TCM qualifications with
competencies in the treatments of various illnesses. She took a course of
English language for one year and is able to speak English fluently and can
speak Cantonese dialect.

吴医师1988年毕业于中国广东中山医科大学，1988年至1992年在中国广东顺德勒流医院任西医内儿科医生。2015年以第一名的成绩毕业于新加坡中医学院与广州中医药大学合办的中医学士课程，获得广州中医药大学学士学位及优秀学生奖。毕业后赴中国继续学习一年，分别师从广州中医药大学附属顺德医院名中医工作室麦秀军主任学习中医內儿科,在康复科学习中风,肩周炎,退行性膝关节的康复治疗。跟随广州名医卢集森学习中医肿瘤。
吴慕贞医师拥有中西医毕业文凭，擅长治疗多种疾病。吴慕贞医师能讲英语与广东话。
